After ratifying the document and also signing the statutes on behalf of Andorra, the Ambassador, Excma. The obstacles were not exactly few, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europapress.es\/catalunya\/andorra-01111\/noticia-partido-socialdemocrata-andorra-acusa-gobierno-enganar-cuota-fmi-20200702190355.html\" class=\"rank-math-link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">even within Parliament itself<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acceleration due to the pandemic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After the covid-19 pandemic <strong>the government accelerated the accession process<\/strong>, and the integration fee was finally approved by the Council of Ministers at 101.6 million euros, equivalent to 82.5 million of the so-called Special Drawing Rights (SDR) of the IMF, also called Special Drawing Rights (SDR) that they are the unit of account for the reserve assets of the fund.
